As a Chiropractor with 19 years of experience and an ex-athlete who has recovered from two severe back injuries, I have compiled a comprehensive approach to managing back pain. My holistic method includes all the tips and tricks I share with my patients at my clinics in Australia and Hong Kong.

Most back pain sufferers engage in three main strategies to manage their pain:

  1. Exercise: Engaging in activities like walking, yoga, Pilates, stretching, or swimming.
  2. Treatments: Seeking massage, Chiropractic, or Physiotherapy treatments.
  3. Rest: Doing nothing, or simply resting.

While these are valuable approaches, they may not significantly prevent or reduce back pain if the underlying daily habits are not addressed. By correcting these issues, my patients have experienced better and long-lasting results.
