Course Structure & Practice
For the most impactful transformation, it is recommended that all sessions are watched sequentially in one sitting initially. After gaining familiarity with the basics, revisit the sessions once a week over four weeks, allowing each session's teachings to build upon the previous ones and deepen your practice. Remember to start with sessions 1 and 2 together in the first week, followed by sessions 3, 4, and 5, one per week.
