Your Workout Plan:

The course includes 4 different workouts, each to be repeated exactly 3 times across different days. These workouts are designed to gradually acclimate your body to the new technique over a period of 1.5 months. Remember, consistency is key!

The WEST Swimming Technique:

According to WEST swimming technique, performing a turn at the wall involves several critical steps:

  • Dropping Your Feet: Let your feet drop towards the bottom of the pool as you approach the wall.
  • Glide to the Wall: Glide smoothly towards the wall to maximize your momentum.
  • Rolling into the Wall: Roll onto your side and expel any remaining air out through your nose, preventing the uncomfortable sensation of water going up your nose.
