With a ground coverage of 6834 sqm and a total built-up area of 88000 Sqm, this state-of-the-art building is designed to meet Green Building Concept standards and aims for LEEDS Platinum certification. The structure's foundation is a robust Raft Foundation, and it boasts an ample parking facility in the basement and at the stilt level.
