What Does the Program Contain? 📚
"Qigong for Energy, Serenity, Joy" is a comprehensive, two-week program that includes:
- A standing qigong flow for each day of the week.
- A Hatha Yoga class to enhance your flexibility and strength.
- A Yin Yoga class to deepen your body's connection with stillness.
- Qigong Yoga Fusion Flows that combine the best of both worlds for a holistic practice.
- The powerful Cosmic Orbit Meditation, or the Wheel of Light, to culminate the program with a high-energy meditation experience. 🌀✨
How Much Time Will the Program Take Daily? ⏰
Expect to dedicate approximately 35 minutes each day (Monday through Friday) to the standing flow practice and meditation. On Saturdays and Sundays, the practices will be between 40-60 minutes. This time commitment is designed to fit seamlessly into your daily routine, providing a perfect balance between practice and life.
Can I Repeat the Program? 🔄
Absolutely! You are encouraged to repeat this two-week progression as many times as you like. Each repetition will deepen your connection with your energy and help you to actively work your light. After completing the course, feel free to revisit the videos in any order that resonates with your current needs and energy levels.
What if I Can't Dedicate Time Daily? 🛑➡️✅
Life can be unpredictable, and finding time for a new routine can be challenging. If you cannot commit to daily practice, you have the flexibility to slow down the program. You might choose to dedicate one day a week to your practices and spread the program over several weeks.
