The curriculum provides specific instruction on diverse DAX categories, including Time Intelligence, Statistical, Logical, and Filter functions, alongside data modeling and relationship management.
Instruction spans the entire pipeline from connecting to various sources like SQL Server and Web pages to publishing dashboards within the Power BI Service.
Some learners have noted that provided datasets may require manual cleaning steps, such as promoting headers or assigning data types, which are not heavily emphasized in the lessons. This signal predates the displayed course update; the update may have addressed it, but the update label does not prove that it was corrected.
The Power BI Service interface may differ from the video content, and some screenshots have been described as difficult to read due to lack of clarity.
The curriculum aligns well with the needs of analysts and business professionals.
