The course includes a significant collection of hypnosis downloads that can be used long after the curriculum is completed.
Instructional content covers the practical application of visualization and mind-body connections through physical demonstrations.
A 2021 review reported difficulty accessing hypnosis downloads on a computer; while the course was updated in 2025, this update does not guarantee that file access issues have been resolved.
A 2018 review noted that specific techniques, such as tapping, may require a slower pace to follow effectively; the 2025 update label does not confirm if pacing has been adjusted.
The curriculum aligns with the goal of self-hypnosis through visualization and audio tools.
