About Your Course:
This isn't your average exercise class; it's a blend of three disciplines that harmonize to sculpt your body, enhance your posture, and bring a touch of elegance to your daily life. Ballet Barre Pilates is perfect for all levels and ages, offering low-impact exercises that are easy to follow and cater to everyone from beginners to advanced practitioners.
What You Need:
Before we begin, make sure you have a sturdy chair to act as your Ballet barre and a soft, comfortable Pilates or Yoga mat. Fear not if you're new to Ballet; our approach is accessible and will yield fantastic results regardless of your experience. Just wear comfortable clothing, clear some space, and let's get started! 🎶
Class Overview:
Each session starts with a full-body warm-up, preparing your muscles and mind for the transformative exercises ahead. With the back of a chair for support, we will explore Ballet sequences that engage your core, legs, back, and arms, promoting centeredness, balance, and agility. These movements are not only strengthening but also rhythmical and musical, creating a harmonious flow that's both calming and energizing.

🌍 Ballet & Mobility:
We'll dive deep into hip openers with squats and inner leg stretches to increase flexibility and build strength. There's also a hint of cardio to keep things interesting, all tailored to be manageable for every fitness level. By the end of our course, you'll stand taller, feel stronger and more lengthened, with stable, happy feet!
