- Email Management: Keep an eye on your inbox for new candidate applications from Facebook and any queries from potential contractors.
- Outbound Calls: Reach out to prospective contractors via Zoho Bookings to gauge their interest and compliance.
- Compliance Follow-Up: Ensure that candidates are fully compliant and ready to dive into the onboarding process.
- Onboarding Bliss: Provide a seamless and positive onboarding experience for our new team members.
- Document Dispatch: Send out all necessary documents via Zoho Recruit to keep everyone in the loop.
- Support System: Assist candidates in navigating the onboarding process, making their journey as smooth as a freshly cleaned floor! π
- Candidate Outreach: Remember to check your email for new candidates and address any questions they may have.

Basic Requirements β
- Professional cleaning experience for at least 2 years
- Reliable transportation or willingness to use public transport
- Willingness to become compliant, including obtaining General Liability Insurance and signing a Contractor Agreement

- Obtain a business insurance quote from Hiscox (affordable rates: $37-$67/month)
- Understand the onboarding process and offer a $100 bonus to incentivize new contractors
