It delves deeper into the nuances that are not covered in our beginner course. With over 75 minutes of comprehensive instruction, we focus on demonstrating exercises to one side and emphasize the importance of doing them to both sides—right when your left hand is on the barre, and vice versa.

- Barre Exercises: We start with the correct order, including basic preparation exercises at the center, followed by a focus on 1 small jump and 2 different diagonal turns preparation.
- Correct Techniques: For each exercise, we demonstrate the common mistakes and show you the proper way to perform them, ensuring you learn the right techniques from the start.

- Learn the correct posture.
- Warm up with relevé-s (half pointe) and plié (knee bending).
- Understand the incorrect and correct ways to perform exercises like tendus, jetés, rond de jambe par terre, fondu, passé, frappé, adagio, grand battement tendu.

- Master plié, tendu, jeté, rond de jambe par terre, fondu, preparation for pirouettes (turns).
