Exam Details:

The GMAT is a 3 hours and 7 minutes exam with a total of 80 questions, tailored to your ability level as you progress through the test:

  • Verbal Reasoning: 65 minutes, 36 questions.
  • Quantitative Reasoning: 65 minutes, 31 questions.
  • Integrated Reasoning: 30 minutes, 12 questions.
  • Analytical Writing Assessment: 30 minutes, 1 essay.

During the exam, you can take two optional 8-minute breaks after the Verbal and Quantitative sections to recharge and maintain your focus throughout the test.

Scoring Explained:

The GMAT is scored on a scale of 200 to 800, with scores tailored to reflect your performance level. The difficulty of the questions you answer, as well as how correctly you answer them, will determine your score. This means that the harder questions you get right will contribute more to your final score.
