But it's a mistake to think that the application of Tech PM skills is limited to IT giants. The reality is, mostly everything around us is an online service: booking flights and hotels, ordering food, learning music, even renewing passports — all these products are underpinned by software and services. These are driven by product leaders who navigate the complex landscape of technology and services. 🛫🎶✈️

The required PM skill set is indeed evolving with the times. For a successful Product Manager in any modern IT project, there are critical, important, and nice-to-have skills:

1. Product Management Base (critical, ~50% of success) - solid PM fundamentals which are well-covered by other courses.
