For those who are students or graduate students considering writing a master's thesis on income tax law, or have already started but find it hard to progress, the method to write an effective and systematic master's thesis within a short period is what you need. Your master's thesis must be of a quality that can withstand scrutiny by external examiners within a two-year timeframe. Let us study together how to write an income tax law master's thesis properly. Currently, I am producing a supplementary work titled "The Method of Writing a Master's Thesis on Income Tax Law (Practical Edition) - Considering the Basic Issues and International Tax Law."

Personal Introduction: Satoshi Nakahara

After graduating from university, I worked at the Tokyo Tax Bureau for 15 years, then became a registered tax agent. I have created two master's theses on income tax law. Following my registration as a tax agent, I served as a consultant tax accountant at a law firm specializing in foreign legal services and a financial institution with foreign capital investment. I also engaged in research and provided guidance for master's theses in income tax law and international tax law at both national and private universities and graduate schools. My publications include approximately 80 works, including "Tax Agents' Rights (Norens) and MA" (published by the Tax Research Society in 2000) and "Corporate Restructuring under the Income Tax Law: A Case Study Analysis" (published by the Tax Research Society in 2001). My latest work is "The Method of Writing a Master's Thesis on Income Tax Law" (White Peach Library, 2020).
