- Yoga Poses (Asana): Engage in precise execution and posture deconstruction to deepen into positions.
- Buoyant Movements: Loosen stiffness through fluid, bouncy motions.
- Relaxation Meditation: End each class with a guided relaxation for peace and rejuvenation.

- Props Needed: Pillow or blanket.
- Focus: Trust and courage with Ganesha Heart Opening pose (Ganesha Padottanasana).
🌿 Class 2:
- Props Needed: Pillow or blanket, 2 blocks or books.
- Focus: Spine and hips mobility with Downward Dog and lower limbs flexibility support.
🌿 Class 3:
- Props Needed: Pillow or blanket, 2 blocks or books.
- Focus: Core strength and upper chest mobility with The Bridge (Setu Bhandasana) and Mountain Pose (Tadasana).
🌿 Class 4:
- Props Needed: Pillow or blanket.
- Focus: Lateral flections and spine care with Trikonasana and contemplation in Tadasana.
🌿 Class 5:
- Props Needed: Pillow or blanket, a band.
- Focus: Sun Salutation sequence for strength and breath coordination.
🌿 Class 6:
- Props Needed: A pillow.
- Focus: Torsion in the spine with spiraling poses and final relaxation in Shavasana.
