This lack of flexibility means when it's thrown a challenge, like an unexpected twist, it has no wiggle room to rebound back. Tightness indeed causes ankle sprains and other injuries.
🏃♀️ Finding Flexibility: The remedy for tightness is surprisingly delightful—ankle circles! This recovery method is light, enjoyable, and can help you avoid the pain of injury. My exercise classes are based on enhancing functionality, not about being a "gym bunny" or lifting heavy weights in strenuous repetitions.
