Earn PD Hours for ECBA Application:
For your ECBA certification, each hour of this course counts towards your PD hours. Here's how it works:
- You get 1 PD hour for every hour spent on the course material.
- This means that after completing all 7 parts (around 7 hours of content), you will earn a total of 7 PD hours for your ECBA application.
Please note: As per IIBA guidelines, online courses without an actual instructor only qualify for the PD hours required for the ECBA application. Other PD hours can be earned through additional online courses or by studying the BABOK Guide v3.0 directly.
Additional Considerations:
- The course does not cover the 50 most commonly used business analysis techniques as it is challenging to provide comprehensive explanations and examples for these within an online format. However, a downloadable PDF will assist you in studying these techniques.
- The course also does not cover the 5 perspectives described in chapter 11 of BABOK Guide v3.0. These topics are not examined in the CBAP/CCBA exams, as indicated by IIBA in their webinars. It is recommended that CBAP/CCBA aspirants study these directly from the BABOK Guide v3.0.
