This course offers two versions of the workout plan, both starting with the same exercises tailored to fit different fitness levels:

  • Beginner Version: 🚀

    • 3 workouts per week, targeting each muscle group once for optimal recovery and growth.
    • Day 1 (Push Day): Chest, shoulders, and triceps get the spotlight with exercises like Push-Ups and Resistance Band Shoulder Presses.
    • Day 2 (Rest Day): Your muscles need time to recover and repair!
