Pastel Paper:

  • Colin recommends using Sand Coloured PastelMat Paper for its excellent texture and results. If you are in the US, UART 800 grit paper is a great alternative.

Outline Drawing:

  • You'll receive an outline drawing for each portrait, so you don't have to draw the subject freehand. Use a graphite transfer sheet like tracedown to transfer the image onto your paper.

Step by Step Instructions:

  • Colin provides step by step video instruction on how to draw each stage of the gosling, teaching you the techniques behind drawing beautiful animal pictures and helping you create a piece you can be proud of.
