You'll select a minimum of five programs to continue your journey, each contributing 3 points toward your Customer Service Expert Certificate (with a minimum entry requirement of 17 points). These intermediate programs include an examined component consisting of a 50-question multiple-choice exam.

Customer Service Expert Program: Aimed at Supervisors and Managers, this final level provides comprehensive knowledge and formal recognition for your expertise. It consists of:
- Two examined components: three mandatory practical exercises and one 20-question multiple-choice exam.
To achieve your expert certification, you must accumulate a total of 22 points through completing the Foundation Program, selecting your five Intermediate programs, and successfully completing the Expert Program.
Your Path to Success:

- Complete the "Customer Service Foundation Program" (2 points)
