Why take this course?
🧘♀️ Welcome to Balancing The Mind with Laura Goellner, Yoga Therapist! 🌟
Course Headline: Identify Cognitive Distortions, Take Away Their Power, Build Internal Support with Therapeutic Meditation
Introduction: The mind has a remarkable capacity to shape our perception of the world. However, sometimes it can create a distorted view that emphasizes the negative aspects of life.
